Sadly we couldn't make the Preview Show, was it good?

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Looking Glass on Feb 10th. It was the site of our best Edinburgh Preview last year, and we went on to have a sellout, so we're eteernally grateful. Also it'll be a chance to do our Leicester routine which, frankly, doesn't work south of Market Harborough.

Preview was good. No big "mainstreamers" in my opinion - Jason Byrne only one I'd ever heard of but that didn't make it any less funny.
I actually got a bit fed up of Jason Byrne's - "lets pick on the audience and then slag off Leicester generally " type routine at the start of the show but then he added other funnier stuff.

Paul Sinha was funny and Ivan Brackenbury had the audience crying or yelling with laughter.

Steve Day was good too and Sarah Millican was funny ( in my view) but I know her final joke about rape was not received too well by all. I don't believe comedy should veer away from difficult subjects but can see why not every one laughed.

Good show. No sign language interpreters though. We missed you guys doing a great job and putting up with having to sign rude words on demand by the performers.

Roll on the festival in Feb.

We have been to all the preview shows and this was, without doubt, the best overall. In previous years we had to endure a couple of painfully mediocre or worse acts in order to experience the better ones. This year every one was entertaining. The audience reaction was testimony to this. Well done, keep up the good work.

The Preview show was excellent. For me Hans Teeuwen was the stand out but they were all strong.
